What is SnailPostal?

How do payments work, and is my card information safe?
Stripe processes your payment directly to the creator's own account — we never see or store your card number.
Is my personal information secure?
Your password is never stored in plain text, and your address is only ever shared with the creator you're actually subscribed to.
When will I be charged, and when does my mailing arrive?
Each club has its own monthly cutoff day. Join before it and you're in for that cycle's mailing; after it, you're set for the next one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your subscriber dashboard whenever you like. No contract, and you won't be charged again.
For creators
How do I get paid?
Directly. Stripe pays subscriber revenue straight into your own connected account — we never hold your funds.
What does SnailPostal take as a fee?
Nothing until you're earning more than $100 a month from a club — then 4.5% on the rest. Listing a club itself is free.
Am I responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and sales tax?
Yes — you're the merchant of record for your own subscriptions. SnailPostal is a directory layer on top, not your payment processor.
Can I bring my existing subscribers from Patreon or Shopify?
Yes — import your list and we'll invite them to follow you here, without rebuilding your audience from scratch.
Can I pause my club without losing my subscribers?
Yes — pausing stops billing and shipping immediately, but keeps every subscription intact so you can resume right where you left off.
